This Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy applies to purchases from Dilures at Dilures.com and our current and/or future physical stores. If policies regarding shipping change due to the state a customer resides in, Dilures will update its policy and inform customers through this website and email notification (if customers have opted for communications in the form of email).

Shipping Policy

Dilures offers FREE standard shipping service for qualifying total purchases. A qualifying total purchase is defined as any purchase that is $100 or more before shipping and sales tax, and after any discounts are applied. Shipping costs associated with expedited, international, and items below the qualifying total purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

In most cases, customers should expect to receive purchases mailed with standard shipping within 3 to 7 business days through third-party courier services such as USPS and FedEx. Dilures is not responsible for third-party misdirected or misrouted packages. Alabama customers: The Alabama Anti-Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1998 prohibits certain adult novelties from being shipped to customers residing within the state of Alabama.

Return/Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do. At Dilures, we strive to make your sexual imagination and adventures a pleasurable experience. Dilures may accept returns or exchanges for items that are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. Check the item description to see if your purchased item is eligible for return/exchange.

Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange

To ensure the safety of all our customers and employees, Dilures does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or smell like smoke, body odor, body secretion, or are not in their original packaging. In addition, Dilures currently does not accept returns of adult novelties. Adult novelties are defined as adult toys and marital aids. All Clearance, Final Sale, and Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
